Food is never just food. A place is never just a place.

jet·lagged adjective

Travel, movement, restlessness. Belonging to more than one place.

pal·ate noun

Food, taste, community, culture. Trusting your gut — and your own taste.

Together, they describe a way of living that shapes how I approach business — as something personal, cultural and community-driven. Born and raised in Venezuela, I moved to Germany as a teenager and studied International Business in Paris and Cologne.

I spent years in hospitality and as a marketing manager across pharma, finance, health and education. What stayed: a nomad mindset and a soft spot for places that offer more than great food and drinks.

And a business can be more than a business.

My mission: connecting people, culture and business through ideas and experiences that make brands more distinctly themselves.

The vision: Modern, authentic Venezuelan cuisine. Owners with a clear vision and more ideas than time.

What changed: A cohesive brand that attracts the right guests, and owners freed from day-to-day marketing.

The vision: A go-to spot since 2016 whose growing demand put its identity at risk.
The direction: A guest journey and experience that feel like TheBär at every touchpoint, and cocktail development — supported by event and promotion concepts and community engagement.
What changed: A clear identity and a steady flow of loyal and new guests.
